Detailed Description

Frees the module.

Parameters
[in]moduleModule to free
Returns
hipSuccess, hipErrorInvalidResourceHandle, hipErrorNotFound, hipErrorNotPermitted

The module is freed, and the code objects associated with it are destroyed.

Note
Returns hipErrorNotPermitted if module was obtained from hipLibraryGetModule(). Such a module is owned by its library and should be released with hipLibraryUnload() instead.
